Dysphagia
Dysphagia therapy focuses on treating swallowing disorders that can be caused by neurological diseases, surgery, or age-related changes, among other things. The aim is to improve swallowing function, enable safe food intake, and thereby promote quality of life and independence in everyday life.
The therapy is tailored to each individual patient and includes targeted exercises to activate and strengthen the swallowing muscles, breathing and posture training, and functional everyday training. We work closely with doctors and other specialists.
In our specialized practice or as part of home treatment (therapy at home), we offer modern and empathetic therapy for swallowing disorders (dysphagia) – individually tailored to the needs of our patients.
