Recovery gymnastics

Did you give birth spontaneously 6 weeks ago or by caesarean section 8 weeks ago? Was everything okay during the gynecological check-up after the birth? Then it's time for recovery training.

The pelvic floor is our base of the torso. An alert pelvic floor reacts to coughing, sneezing, jumping and lifting loads in everyday life. It helps us hold and let go of urine and bowel movements. Sexuality can also be enriched by a well-trained pelvic floor.

The recovery training includes perception, reactivation and strengthening of the pelvic floor, everyday training for prevention of subsidence. You will also receive instructions on pelvic floor-friendly exercises for strengthening and stretching specific areas that are particularly needed during pregnancy, childbirth and all around the child.
