Postnatal exercise class for mothers

 Did you give birth spontaneously 6 weeks ago or by caesarean section 8 weeks ago? Was everything okay during the gynecological check-up after the birth?
Then it is time for rehabilitation training.

Your pelvic floor worked hard during pregnancy and has become weaker. During spontaneous childbirth, it had to expand to its maximum and suffered minor injuries. Now it is important to get it back into shape!

In our course, you will learn how to consciously perceive, tense, and relax your pelvic floor again.

  • You will receive information about the anatomy and function of the pelvic floor.
  • Your overall fitness will improve.
  • You will receive tips on how to protect your pelvic floor in everyday life, how to integrate pelvic floor exercises into household activities, and how to protect your back.

You can expect a varied course in a group (max. 10 participants).
